Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your device in its original packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure a full refund.

  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package, covering any old shipping marks.

  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized shipping center and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund within 5-7 business days of arrival.
